About us

MCCS supports both U.S. manufacturers who produce American-standard hardware for Department of Defense projects worldwide, and domestic companies seeking reliable access to high-quality foreign-made construction materials.

We are deeply committed to bridging American manufacturing excellence with overseas project execution—ensuring that U.S. government projects abroad are built with the right products, to the right standards, and in full compliance with approved design documents and specifications.

Across global military installations, U.S. government agencies often face significant challenges in sourcing and implementing American-standard, DoD-compliant products outside the United States. MCCS exists to solve that problem.

By working closely with trusted American manufacturers, engineers, and local partners, we help transform approved drawings and specifications into properly executed, regulation-compliant construction—without compromise. Our role goes beyond supply; we safeguard intent, quality, and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

MCCS is proud to stand alongside U.S. manufacturers whose products represent the highest standards of performance, durability, and compliance—ensuring their expertise and craftsmanship are correctly realized on overseas projects where precision matters most.

Our Service

MILCON (Military Construction) programs supported by MCCS refer to construction initiatives of the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) that encompass the planning, construction, renovation, and lifecycle maintenance of U.S. military bases, base infrastructure, and related defense facilities across the United States.

These programs serve as a critical funding and project management framework for the expansion, modernization, and sustainment of facilities operated by the U.S. Armed Forces—including the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Space Force—as well as other defense-related installations.

MCCS provides comprehensive support to Japanese companies (construction firms, civil engineering contractors, building material manufacturers, and consulting companies) and international manufacturers seeking to participate in MILCON projects as partner vendors. Our services include sales and marketing network development, strategic alliance facilitation, GSA contract support, and tailored business consulting services to ensure successful market entry and long-term project engagement.

In addition, MCCS is actively involved in the import, distribution, installation, and maintenance of U.S.-, Korean-, and Taiwan-manufactured building materials that comply with BHMA/ANSI standards.
